Video recordings of presentations from our most recent quarterly Civic Lab at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory on Friday, March 1st are now live on our shared Vimeo channel at https://vimeo.com/cosmartcities.
The event drew record attendance for an Alliance Civic Lab with more than 70 attendees from all of our critical member sectors. Those attendees kicked off the day hearing presentations from private sector partners (Verizon, Arrow/Colorado Open Labs) and an introduction to a new nonprofit partner, Mobility Next.
Special thanks to Eric Drummond from Innovation Corridor for co-hosting the Civic Lab and designing an engaging agenda and additional thanks to our friends at NRELfor lining up and delivering great presentations from Richard Adams, Director of NREL’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center; as well as presentations on the Lab’s Advanced Energy & Building Systems, Advanced Mobility & Smart Cities, Transportation Hub Mobility and HPC, and Grid/Energy Resilience & Cybersecurity teams.
There were great discussions on opportunities to engage with both Innovation Corridor and NREL expressed throughout the day.
