We’re excited to host an upcoming *in person* event that offers a variety of ways to learn about and engage with the latest smart cities initiatives and tools that the Alliance is involved with! The event, “Field Trip – Accessible Smart Cities” takes place on Wednesday, March 30, from 10 am – 12:30 pm at Smoky Hill Library (Arapahoe Libraries), 5430 S. Biscay Circle, Centennial, CO 80015.

10:30 – Adopt-a-Solution Workshop
Crowdsolv – Hear from Alex Kim, CEO of Crowdsolv, about this online platform that helps communities collaborate to solve their toughest social challenges. During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to identify benefits and challenges to implementing an innovative solution within government.
11:15 Intro to EdgGuide
Arapahoe Libraries – EdgGuide, which recently launched at Arapahoe Libraries, is a tool that offers an augmented experience to enable blind, visually impaired, and audible learners to independently navigate the library. Learn more about the collaboration required to implement this technology and try it for yourself!
