We’re excited to announce that work will soon commence with our new members and partners at Slalom Consulting. The Slalom Team, led by Brad Smith who many of you met at the last Civic Lab, will be assisting the Alliance in the development of a business process for the Alliance’s Deployment Board.This critical Deployment Board, made up solely of the Alliance’s City Members, will serve two critical functions:
- Evaluate the existing list of potential projects generated by the Alliance’s discovery sessions in 2018 and prioritize them into a smaller list of projects to deploy in 2019.
- Evaluate and respond to inbound proposals from our private sector, academic, philanthropic and research institution partners.
Development of this process, which is an in-kind contribution from Slalom, will help accelerate the Alliance’s key shift this year from research to deployment of projects and collaborations.Slalom will be reaching out to many of you to seek your insight on how this process should best serve you as members.
