Smart Cities Connect Conference Recap:

The 4th Annual Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo was held for the first of multiple years here in Denver on April 1-4th, providing a critical national platform to tell the story of Colorado-led smart city and smart region projects.

In all, more than 20 Alliance members and partners highlighted their groundbreaking work. The State of Colorado and Denver International Airport (DEN) joined Alliance members Aurora, Centennial, CDOT, Colorado Springs, City and County of Denver, Fort Collins, Lakewood, and Lone Tree. Private sector members on the agenda included Arrow, Charter/Spectrum, DISH Networks, Verizon, and XCEL Energy. Partner organizations Cityfi, Colorado Technology Association, DRCOG, Denver South Economic Development, and Innovation Corridorjoined NREL and The Colorado Health Foundationrounding out the list.
